And authentic flavor can't be rushed, so we cook low and slow for up to 14 hours to serve you barbecue that's a tribute to our Carolina inspiration. We are proud of this process and enjoy showing guests an inside view of our onsite smokers doing their magic. Every sandwich is hand-pulled or sliced to order giving you that deep-down smoky flavor.
Scratch-made sides, headlined by "Simply the World's Greatest Baked Beans," are prepared daily by our employees who are quick to offer guests their favorite suggestion.
